Troubleshooting - FAQ of Magic Blu-ray Copy

  1. I lose the license, what can I do?
  2. I got “Error occurs when recording” or the recordable BD disc can’t be recognized.
  3. I got “Failed to copy. This disc can not be copied yet, we will fix it as soon as possible. Please try again later.”
  4. The copied blu-ray movie is pixelated and unwatchable when playback.

Answers:

Q: I lose the license, what can I do?
A: just send an email to our support team support@bluerayripper.com . We will re-send the license to you. If you’ve changed your email address, please remember to provide the email address you used to place the order.

Q: I got “Error occurs when recording” or the recordable BD disc can’t be recognized.
A: It means you met a burning issue. You could try the following and one may help:
(1) Set to other burning engine: click in the top right corner of the main window to open Configuration window->click “Burning” tab->”Burning engine” option.
Knowledge about our burning engines: our copy can support two burning engines, one is VSO(Internal burning engine) and the other is Imgburn. Auto defaults to using “Internal Burning engine”, if it failed to be used, the program will use Imgburn then. To be able to use Imgburn engine, you need to install the third-party freeware Imgburn(http://www.imgburn.com/ ) on your computer first.
(2) Try to burn to other blu-ray burner if you have.
If the above two both failed, I suggest you try other brand of BD recordable disc. Other disc may be compatible.

Q: I got “Failed to copy. This disc can not be copied yet, we will fix it as soon as possible. Please try again later.”
A: It is because we haven’t got the key(for breaking the protection) of this disc. We may upload the key later, so you can try again later. Or you can click in the top left corner of the main window and click “Export Log” from the drop-down list to export the log file BDLog.gz and send it to our support team support@bluerayripper.com . Also tell us the volume name of this disc. After we get the key, we will inform you by email.

Q: The copied blu-ray movie is pixelated and unwatchable when playback.
A: It is because our program failed to break the BD+ protection of this disc correctly. Please click in the top left corner of the main window and click “Export Log” from the drop-down list to export the log file BDLog.gz and send it to our support team support@bluerayripper.com . Also tell us the volume name of this disc.
